It is too disturbing and devastating that at this time of this dealy pandemic,the people with trust with our live,they do such a cruel and painful act of overcharging our bill in so much that they could even block us to get electricity.How could this municipality block us access to essential service like electricity whilst we are being tormented by Covid-19 on other side.This is cruelty in human nature..We are trying to drop the numbers of Covid-19 but the municipality wants to kill us by packing us in those where you cannot some observe those social distancing. People will be infected that way.The whole of last year,we were frustrated by this deadly disease and we were even infected by the pandemic now without any notice or formal address or notice or giving people some time to condition themselves just a period of 3-4 months.You don't care about the senior citizens who will stand in lines for a long time,whereas the informal settlements are using a lot of electricity without buying it there's is nobody who is chasing them or disconnecting thoseillegal CONNECTION s.That is painful and frustrating and cruel!!!!!

1.We need Wheelbins.
2.Supply with black bags
3.Repair/Mantainance of roads
4.Cleaning of the grass on the road/street sides
5.Adjustment of rates according to yard square metre
6.Allow us to purchase electricity direct from Eskom

I'm also an petitioning towards the unfair that we get from Bcm.Them offering us Covid relief on rate without informing us and the deciding to block our electricity without telling us n yet we are being because the implemented the discounted rates

This is ridiculous its a year I paud more than 100 000.I live with daughtet.This is not on I have beeb visiting Offices at BCM to install prepaid but to no avail.This makes me not to sleep overchargong us like this nooooooooo .what are we paying for????

Why am i not surprised. 2 friends of mine had thèir electricity supply cut off and were told to pay R10 000. This is a teacher and a prison warder.
