I'm signing this petition in support of these ridiculous amount we are being charged. My mother is even a pensioner and how is she expected to pay such monies. In other municipalities pensioners do not pay for rates. Please investigate the matter as soon as possible.

The rates that are charged by BCM are ridiculus and do not align with service delivery. Grass not cut and strèets very bad and yet they are charging rates that are too high.

I received bill more that 7000 and they told me that I was using more water so there was penalty of I decided to visit water department to check my meter box because I don't have any packages and I didn't use much water during Nov Dec we were I villages, they told me that they did a mistake of entering the wrong meter number they will fix it in Feb but my electricity is blocked though the fault is in their side

Our Municipality is draining us off criminally. Estimations based on a criteria or system only known by municipal management which are WRONG. Poor or lack of management. It is worse than apartheid if our democratically elected government can do such to citizens.

Since 2010 they have been over charging me Water they even aske me to bring meter numbers to their offices although they employed people for that.
