I realized do not understand why are we overcharged for both water and electricity at BCM. I logged a query at BCM offices in E.L and instead of them attending to it I was over billed the next month as well. When I raised that with their call center they were as confused as I was. I have provided them with my meter recordings because I have been doing so for about a year now. When I submitted my reading they had nothing to compare my readings with, they were just guessing. Why is electricity so expensive here in BCM district as compared to other metro what makes us so special I really wonder.

We are not happy at all by this issue. It is totally unacceptable and uncalled for please correct this as a matter of urgency we won't tolerate this while on the other end we are experiencing job cuts/ losses because of covid 19. Empathize for us good people enough is enough.

BCM is unfairly billing us. And very cruel to block residents from buying electricity during such a dangerously deadly season. Service delivery is poor but wow we owe the municipality so much money. For what exactly? The municipality needs to stop this nonsense and start planning on improving their services instead of abusing their power. Sies maarn. Nxa

Taken to lawyer for debt u've already paid. Money charge by lawyers was added to the bill. No reading of water meters bt water amount increases every month.
