I'm struggling to understand the reason why power cuts during this difficult times for all South Africans while facing this pandemic and massive number of retrenchments.. Many of us have sacrificed on loosing our businesses rather than spreading the virus and yet our municipality is busy cutting electricity access to its resedents while many South Africans lost their businesses and jobs.. It's even worse we've just lost our Minister of Presidency cause of this virus.. BCMM was given bailouts by the national government but its not enough... BCMM must know that starting from this week it is indeed responsible for the rise of covid cases and deaths in the Eastern Cape...

There's a problem with BCMM billing system nicinga ivelaphi lemali abazali bethu bavukela uyifola for lembanxo kube kukho nalecovid niyasinyisa ngesixhosa
The rates are too high yet most people are not employed and some have lost their jobs, this is not the right time to cut off electricity. Where are they suppose to get 14000 when they live of social grants? Unblock the electricity

I'm working out of town, I come home & spend 2 dys in 2 months but the acc is ridiculous.Sometimes I read the meter & submit the readings but that doesn't help.
As for the electricity that u r buying frm Eskom , I think BCMM triple the profit that u make.
