Overcharged for water no explanation no reversal amnt -+R8400.in Oct. 2020 plus additional interest charged monthly from 2018 how are all these ridiculous charges possible. I am unemployed unable to pay.

Bcm is overcharging us and does not give us statements, we demand Bcm to rectify this mistake and Bcm to lower the rates as in other municipalities like the Nelson Mandela one

As a resident of BCM it is very frustrating to receive high bills especially when you are a regular payer. Now for the first time there is an amount carried forward on our account as the bill is to high for us to afford.. We submit our metre readings every month to BCM and still get billed so high. This is so wrong.

BCM rates are ridiculously expensive. This is too much for us. Services are very poor. We are stuck with garbage that was supposed to be taken yesterday. Potholes are damaging our tyres.

My commercial property hasnt had a reading taken since Aug 2019 but i am being charged an interim of 32Kl every month
BCM usitsalela imali ezininzi angakwaziyo nokukucacisela ukuba bafikelele njani kwelo tyala suke kuthiwa uzakucinyelwa umbane ukuba akuhlawuli,kwaye naxa sele uthenge umbane kukho imali etsalwayo kule uthenga ngayo. Makwenziwe ubulungisa yi BCM.
