What Bcmm is doing is so evil & ill-treated voting residents. There are lots of shacks (informal settlements) that connected electricity illegally but Bcmm turns a blind eye to those illegal connection and disconnect / block electricity purchases against paying residents . This is cruel during this covid-19 pandemic.
May God defend us from this cruel Bcmm management
