BCM Bills are very abnormal. I feel that Metro is not doing justice.in terms of calculating correctly what we as the residents are supposed to pay.

My mom is 82yrs old and she has been blocked many times meanwhile she has been regard as senior citizen.

We would like to buy electricity & to pay for our bills direct through ESKOM because BCMM is failing to do the jobs which they get paid for to do properly & just assuming meter reading off their heads which is wrong!!!!

Dear leadership.
Consider this as a wake up call for each of us to help improve service delivery. We can't, at this time of Covid19, deal with irregular electricity cuts as well.

I support the petition. Municipality has a responsibility to to be in constant contact with with its residents for update on developments and challenges, treat its citizentry with respect, serve it with humility. What BCM does is a complete disrespect and violation of its residents' rights it has a duty to realize. The municipality must account for this action.
