The bills are ridiculous especially now that some of us are not getting paid full salaries cause of the pandemic. The electricity rate is another thing.

Our water bills has been high throughout 2020 when u go and complain they will as about lickage which i dont have and tell me about a high consumption theres no one at home and both me and hubby are essential workers

Disconnection of electricity even if you have made arrangements. Roads have potholes .Water pipes are made of copper and they are old.

BCM is treating us with as juveniles who do not deserve to be included in decisions that affect their service delivery issues
