It's very unfair what is happening at BCM whereby levies just sky rockets out of space. There's no meter reading yet one gets billed ridiculous amounts, I wonder will we consulted on the annual report when it comes out on the 31st of this month. Very unfair!!!

Why is Buffalo City Municipality orchestrated unnecessary havoc by shutting down electricity in our households. Whereas the services rendered by the municipality are not up to date, the filthy in our street, lack of grass cutting, potholes etc. We don't have money some of us have been retrenched.

If they can revisit account and consider all the complaints that are long overdue before they block electricity there are lot of human errors that are happening on those acconts

Pls guys our parents r too old to stand for more than 6 hours in the que for the blockage of electricity there a covid and there's no social distance to add more tell me where can they get this lot of money to pay this bill because they r not working they r the pensioners pls guys do something about this pls
