I totally agree with motions raised against BCM for unfair billing and the blocking of electricity for BCM residents. I am against these wrong doings.

In November I noticed account of 8thousand then I visited municipality they told me about penalties from of which I dont know then I paid 2500 in December . In January I received statement of 6thousand then my electricity was blocked by R4864.05 of which I don't where it comes from as I m paying BCM monthly
Municipality is killing us o made sloan to pay this balance .

I'm the one of the people who have been struggling with the bill of electricity and water i don't know how you read the meter but your billing system is not working and now I've been in the dark because I can't buy electricity

What I saw at muniffin was so not on elderly people who were supposed to be home standing in line for more than 12 hours without sitting ...for the past week already we can expect doubling of the number of coronavirus cases ....it's bad people
