The fact that BCM electricity rate is the most expensive (way more than NERSA tariff standards) is criminal! There is simply no justification to residents being billed this much. Not from an electricity generation and distribution persepective and definitely NOT from a service delivery point of view. The rates and levies are not even being put back to improve the residents’ living conditions. PLEASE SIGN.
