Yes rates bills are so highly charged in Buffalo City Metro Municipality. Its been years not receiving thrush plastic bags but rates are paid.

The money they want us to pay is too much and we dont have and some of us lost their jobs some are not working some dont afford to pay these bill of R20 000 ,R15 000 .its soo pain full for municipality to block electricity we cant pay because we dont have that kind of money
