I agree with this petition bcoz the BCM billa are too much I dont even know how they have calculated my bill Its the assumptions they dont count in the metre readings that are in our houses

This has been long overdue,the price of electricity i WAY too crazy,considering the state of poverty in Eastern Cape...This is injustice to to the poor people in BCM....pensioners specifically are the most hit by the eletricity tariffs....Embarrasing state caused by the ANC

The BCM for sometime is. not taking the residents seriously, meter reading for water is not done we end up being over charged. We don't have dustbins and plastics are no longer distributed. There dustbins sometime in municipal offices in KWT but we don't know who received them.
