Overcharging water usage. Bill for water continues to be very very high even after visiting BCM office. In December 2020 there was one occupant in the house, my nephew, working overtime in his job, but bill exceeded previous months while more than one

No extraordinary water usage but my bill increased by over R1200 for water. Please explain this as trying to contact the municipality is a nightmare

My electricity was blocked, n the mucipality bill was too much plus they deducting money each and every time I bought electricity.
