The electricity is blocked and it's only January that I didn't pay for the rates. The bill was escalated from R5000 to R35 000.
Need the munical manager to take good look at this matter and resolve it

I also got a problem with BCM they charged me R7000 and something when I went there and ask why they charged me so much they told that I only paid R3500 last year on October, and it was my first time weres I've got receipts with me but I left them at home at that moment, then when I got there the following day to bring my receipts to show them that I paid last year, I didn't have a chance to get inside.

This is ridiculous where is this money going to come from how can a person owes 80 000 rand when he or she just bought a house how also a pensioner owes 70 000 what happened we need answers

This is not acceptable, our bills are very high. We are the poorest municipality but our electricity is the most expensive compared to other municipalities
