So painful about water bill that I pay as if I have a swimming pool,hostel or car wash.No monthly statements,no refuse bags supplied,no grass cutting,not given big dustbins with wheels just like other areas.

I am also affected as I am renting a 4-roomed house, staying alone , working outside town now and then,yet my bill is bigger than our neighbour whose living with a spouse and 3 dependents. BCM has to attend to its billing systems before the situation gets out of hand. Thanks

This is absolutely ridiculous with such poor services we get from BCM. There should be no increase in everything until we see change from BCM and citizens being valued as human beings.

High rise of the Electricity and water bill. From our household we have been receiving statements claiming we should pay such huge amounts , As a penssionare it is impossible for me to pay such rediculous amounts
