We really in need of answers, why the high billing all over BCM whilest our national government advised us to undergo the procedure of washing of hands and face to prevent the covid pandemic and we need answers of why this ridiculous billing?

Since 2010 no one came to do meter reading I went several times to BCM to complain till today no one rectifies it and their attitude sucks

we have been experiencing high Bill's, electricity problems , some of the pensioners don't get the free electricity tokens . last month I was charged R6000 + in my municipal bill only to find out that it's the water bill which caused the bill to spike and this month the bill is R5000+ . Me and my spouse are both pensioners and we only live with our granddaughter so we don't understand how the bill can amount to R6000 +

Eastt London our municipality has no remorse for us and nothing we got from them that can make us happy our councillors are at a distance to us only thing they want is our votes to block electricity is not fair at all look at the lines in all places rent offices and they to slow their service is very poor
