Brisbane City Council has tolerated and participated in the construction of aggressive architecture, using it as a measure to prevent rough sleepers from being visible in parts of the city. It's a cruel and humiliating practice that makes the lives of Brisbane's large homeless population even more difficult and uncomfortable than it already is.
