We the undersigned as members of the community known collectively as The Villas and Retreat at Woodland Pointe in Nashville, Tennessee, sign this petition to call for the immediate removal of the entire Board of Directors (BOD) of the Villas and Retreat of Woodland Pointe. We feel that given the fact that only one BOD was actually elected by a quorum of the residents and that one BOD position has been left empty for better than the past six (6) months. We feel that the current BOD has been irresponsible in addressing the real needs of the residents of the community and we endorse new elections and demand that they be held prior to the annual meeting that is scheduled for November. By providing our signature, we are aware of the provisions stated in the by-laws of our community that new elections can be held no sooner than ten (10) days but no longer than forty-five (45) days from the date delivered with enough signatures to ratify.
