I can't understand why there is no parole some people don't deserve but they are much fewer than the ones who do deserve give them a chance people can change

Let me say this the ones that should be in Jail are released the ones that have done a small crime are serving life sentences. I mean theres a man NO NAME who was in jail for over 10 yrs on Probation and out if you see his record ya'll would be like how in the heck is he still walking selling drugs as well driving with NO LICENSE as well But yet the one that raped my 2 daughters let that Person as well walk FREE . The JUDGES now days see the jails are over crowded and still pile them there like sardines , ONES that arent paying child support letting them walk FREELY as if they havent dont anything. RAPIST SHOULD BE KILLED DRUGGIES should be shipped to Mexico where they can smoke all they want Killers on death row should be killed the same way they killed their victim I speak of two killings in my family DONNA KAY WALKER (1981) Anthony CRISH

Offenders who haven't murdered should not be kept in prison for eternity. Young men being tried as adults and haven't killed anyone are being given double digit numbers and it's crazy. Let them learn their lesson but don't throw away the keys to their freedom.

Enough already! My son was incarcerated in 1999 and is still in prison for another 26 plus years. People make mistakes and prior to this he had never been in trouble with the law. He will be some 60 plus years old and I will probably be dead by the time he gets a chance to get out. With this policy of no parole you also punish children and parents of the prisoner who have done nothing wrong. How long do we also have to suffer. Bring back parole, make it retroactive and give 65 % of time served sentences like some federal programs. Show some compassion. No chance for parole with model behavior to prove he has changed only brews resentment and fuels the anger at a system that seems to want to make a business out of young people who sometimes make mistakes. Please reconsider and give humanity a chance to believe there can be justice in this world. Bring back parole.

My son was arrested at the age of fifteen and sentenced as an adult at the age of 16. He is currently serving a 6 year sentence and was a straight A student, and had never been in trouble. One mistake and his whole childhood was stripped from him. He has been a role model inmate, but faces some pretty hard realities in Prison. No chance of parole for model behavior to prove he has grown from a single mistake. We want our children to learn from their mistakes, not destroy the rest of their lives.
