Wednesday, October 11, 2006 To whom it may concern: This letter is being written for the people of the United States and anyone else that feels it is time for a change. We are from the State of Utah and the purpose of this letter being written is to speak out for our children everywhere. We are requesting a change in State and Federal laws regarding child molesters, sex offenders, pedophiles and murderers of these children. We are trying to obtain enough signatures, so the state and federal laws that govern our states might change or take into consideration all laws regarding sexual predators, child molesters, pedophiles and murderers of these children. This offense is an example of our culture and world and has no regard for the victims or families that have been subjected to this crime..what about the rights of all the innocent people victimized because a convicted felon slipped under the radar and sexually assaulted, molested, raped or killed an innocent child. We are addressing system failure in the courts and social services resulting in retaliation against child molesters, and murders of children. The State of Utah is requesting that these predators, molesters, pedophiles and murderers receive the maximum sentence by the law, either life imprisonment without parole or death. And plea bargaining should not be allowed in these cases. Anyone who believes these laws should be changed and are supporting the purpose of this letter sign the bottom and keep passing it on.
