Our Children’s Homestead is as unique as the name. Our unique innovative
approaches set us apart from ‘traditional’ foster care programs. We succeed when
others cannot. Our Children's Homestead operates on a team approach that gives
children a "last stop" in effective placement as well as treatment. We are an
advocacy driven agency that focuses on changing laws that are in the best
interest of our children and families. This all has been done as a result of a
selfless, steadfast, caring COO "Duncan Ward". On behalf of the foster parents of
Our Children’s Homestead, we request that  Duncan Ward serve as Chief Executive
Director as this is in the best interest of the children, families and foster
parents. Due to the drastic administrative changes, the foster parents of Our Children's Homestead are not confident in the current staff.
