We the people of the United States of America believe that each and every vote cast by the members of our military must be accounted for and properly appropriated prior to any civilian voting whatsoever.

Furthermore, we insist that Congress capitulate on this issue -- for one cannot be freedom-loving and not insist upon the aforementioned.

Our rightful place should be behind America's Finest -- those willing to die for our individual liberties -- namely the right to vote.
