I just think that it would be good if we can at least use our phones during lunch. Yet again, kids use their phones for reading and research. When the phones are put in the right use, it is acceptable. For those who misuse the phones should be punished. If they get caught, punish them. It is an issue that we all get punished for this.

We have had our phones 3/4 quarters of the year. Out of these many days only certain people have broke the rules. We use them in class for research, vocabulary, and contacting parents too. I also read most of my books for reports on my phone. All of these good things have been turned to bad things all because some people have ignored the rules. If you know this is happening, you should know who has done these things. There are more than enough people who deserve their phones and people need second chances.

We need our phones for the after school activities. There is no other way to let a parent know if a game or practice is cancelled and our coach sends a text to us to let us know. If you just hear it on the announcments it does not give you enough time to go, get your bag from the locker room and make your bus. It is not fair that just because some people did a stupid joke that they ruined it for the whole middle school.
