Hello, we are a first-year ESO students in Vedruna Sagrat Cor in Tarragona.
We are very worried because there is a lot of aluminum on the floor in our playground.
Aluminum is a very toxic product because It takes a long time to get rid of it and it can make a lot of damage.
Because of this, it is necessary that students do not carry food wrapped in this material.
I think that different measures to reduce aluminum could be taken by the school .
Some of the examples would be that the school director gives a talk about this problem, give a snack for breakfast and avoid using aluminum, watch a video on the problems caused by aluminum, make different murals in the hallways of the school or use the Bock’n roll.
If you don’t know the bock’n roll, is a piece of clothe that it makes the function of the aluminium but it can be recicled and it is a lot more better for the environment.
We need the help of everyone to try to solve the aluminum problem in our school.

The administration has reviewed our initial proposal and requested a formal meeting to discuss policy changes regarding food packaging. We are currently drafting a summary of the environmental impact data to present to the school board next week.

Aluminum is bad for the planet so this is a great initiative for our school.
