Why do you want me to pay more to park at the airport? As an Architect I understand the importance of planning controls, but I don't understand planning laws being used to strenghten a monopoly! Please reconsider and come to a more sensible conclusion.

Typical spineless and no balls politician where is the fair trading why should the airport have the monopoly and rip off hardworking rate paying citizens with there highly overpriced charges . Shame on the airport, Belfast city council but most of all the coward that is an elected representative to look after his voters. Cowards and children the whole bunch at Stormont

I have used this service often as the only alternative was to pay the ridiculous prices for city airport car park. Again, this just highlights how out of touch our over paid politicians really are. You answer to those that voted you into your position and we are entitled to have our concerns answered.

This is big business exploiting it position at its worst. There is no way this business should be allowed to close. The Environment minister should be made to rethink this ruling.

Have used this car park a lot of times and always got great service. Why can't we have this affordable option? Who benefits from not allowing it to continue?

Only in northern Ireland could a purpose built car park be denied planning permission for car parking, those assholes in government would need to take a look at themselves

I have used this park on many occasions and am totally confused as to how a car park can have planning permission turned down to park cars !!! The minister's. comment is ridiculous

As both a business and family user of this fantastic service provided by Boal, it is a complete disappointment that it is being forced to close. This is a fantastic business offering a fantastic service for local airport users at a competitive price.

Absolutely scandalous prices at BCA and negligible on-line discount compared to Dublin or even the International! Mr Durkan needs to explain himself to the public because he is accountable to the public!!

Competition against the airport is not a crime . Its a right.. monopoly is wrong . Save Boals
