Citizens have created and maintained these Parks for over thirty years. The land in dispute belongs to the citizens not the University.

Our parks and green spaces are the only rest we New Yorkers have in this stressful City.

My husband and I frequent several parks, especially Wash. Sq. Park, and are often accompanied by our little grandson. We all enjoy walking, sitting and talking with people that we meet. It is a relaxing time for us being outdoors in lovely surroundings. How unfair and uncaring to want to do away with some parks, which bring so much pleasure to its many users.

Keep NYU administration from STEALING our very few local parks and ruining our wonderful neighborhood. As public advocate you misguidedly sided with the NYU 2031 Sexton Plan Do you not remember your days as a student here? I can honestly say that this issue is a deal breaker for me and for hundreds or perhaps of thousands of Greenwich Village voters. if you side with NYU you will NOT get my vote in the next election.
