Mandatory : Separate committee of independent senior experienced members having relevant knowledge on property matters needs to formed to evaluate high value property deal. Details of various other atleast 3 properties shortlisted should be shared with all members for review , personal visit and discussion. Post review, discussion supported with legal report on flow of proprty title with Title Search Report from SRO, Certificate on Clear Title and Marketable property, Valuation report by 2 independent Govt approved Valuer, existing property market rate and future appreciation, scope of further FSI avaibility for development, payment- cash & Chq, statutory dues if any, possibility to availing Mortgage Loan on said property, verify bye laws borrowing powers etc , on recommendation from formed Committee should be taken up for consideration.
