He is my dad and I know he loves doing his job at Harrison Park it's his second home. He has been working at Harrison for over 17 yrs. My dad enjoys what he does at Harrison, he knows the kids, parents and staff. The kids love him and know him as coach Juan, but to me he will always be my dad. His home for lifeguarding and coaching will always be at Harrison Park.

My girls would not be where they are today without the superb coaching of Juan Rosillo. I was also looking forward to Coach Juan coaching the newest member of my family. Now I'm saddened that my baby will not have that opportunity to learn from a great person at a great park! I am completely upset about his current placement. Please bring JUAN back to HARRISON PARK!

Living in a community such as Pilsen, Juan has not only been a role model, but also an individual who has helped younger generations such as myself from the danger on the streets with his swim team! he has and always will be the face of Harrison Park Pool

I have to say that thanks to Juan and his coaching my son has accomplished a lot in the past six years . he has helped my son to over come fear to water ! He believe in him to be the best in swimming team and get to the championships and gets his very first medals at year 6 and 7.
I dont have words to describe the many ways he has turned my sons life for good. he enjoying being part of Harrison Pakr team and he is off the streets! We are looking to have him back !
please take a moment and reconsider bringing him back to Harrison Park Team!

Please reconsider bringing back Juan! he hs been a good couch and mentor to my son since the time he learn to swim to the time my son became part of swimming team to water polo. And this summer my son's biggest accomplish was to be part of Jr Life Guard thanks to Juan and his confidence in my son's acomplishments .
Please all we ask is a moment to reconsider bringing him back to harrison park.

Juan has been my coach for a long time and he, out of everyone in the park, has the most dedication to coach the kids. We need him to stay

Coach Juan is undoubtably the best coach out of all the park districts. Not only do the parents love him but the kids look up to him and love him as well. He's not only a great coach but a great counselor when need be. He has helped me in the water and out of the water. Juan is someone I look up too because he keeps kids off the street and accepts anyone who is willing to learn. My whole life i grew up in Pilsen. I've been in pilsen for 14 15 years and Harrison Park Pool has been My home. It would be really sad to see coach Juan leave because without him at the park everything will not be the same. I don't think kids will be excited to go practice anymore. Juan made it so much fun to show up and practice. PLEASE leave Juan at Harrison. I love Coach Juan.
Thank you for your time.

Juan should remain as the coach at Harrison. Both my kids swam for juan and my son played Waterpolo in college and that was thanks to juan and the dedication he has provided to the Harrison park parents and kids. He knows the area the kids know him and he is now coaching and mentoring the children of the kids he was teaching as kids themselves. He is invaluable to Harrison park!

He has taught the students that hard work payoffs. The discipline they gave learn only comes from a person who disciplines himself to give it his all when working with the children and the young adults. He has become a father figure to some of these children.
