East Bridgewater Children Need Physical and Creative Outlets in School!

Taking away from the school isn't the answer. These kids are the future of East Bridgewater.

If we increase class size to allow the future of these "special" courses I feel its worth the trade. As pafrents and grand parents we have to assume responsibilty for guidance to our children. We must be that adullt they can talk to, guide them forward, and make their youth the absolute best it can be for all our future.

Cut somewhere else in Town. If we don't invest in our kids, East Bridgewater will fall off the map of Massachusetts

I don't think you realize what you will be doing to those kids. If they don't have all the art, sports, music, PE, etc... You are going to cause damage to those who want to do them. Think of the ripple affect, lack of excitement, nothing to do lease to being board, leads to troubled kids. So to take away things to do for the kids would not be the smartest ideas. As far as having the classes bigger and less guidance counselors, that isn't a good idea either for the kids. They depend on their teachers and couselors to get them thru the most important part of their life to get them ready for this world. Please think out of the box and find another fix please. For the kids sake.

i never thought I'd see the day. There is so much waste throughout the system. Cut the waste of tax dollars. Do not cut music or sports or arts or teachers' salaries.

I am a sophomore at EBJSHS and I have been participating in the music program for as long as I can remember. It has a taught me a lot pertaining to music but also to things in general life. I have made some of my closest friends in the program and I grow more confident in myself because of all the things we do in the music program. And all of the things that have happened to me since I started in it will continue happening for me everyday as they already do and they will do the same things for other people. It gives students a sense of comfortability and another sense of a loving and welcoming family. Just from my experience I know I would be no where without the music program in itself and I have to say that cutting the music programs and the other creative or physical programs is a big mistake to every students development as people in general, not just their knowledge.

Look at administrator salaries as a place to start cutting.
