Horses First, feeding care with grooming, exercise and cleaning. At my ranch it stays every morning and night and grazing the ranch is glorious this early Spring. For those who do not have grazing, people need to be there to unlock the horses spaces, like stalls or paddocks, to get attention, exercise and cleaning.....
People can regroup their business activities and competitions that the horses give them later when the coast is clear.

We have closed with the exception of feed suppliers or vet as required. We are taking video of clients horses to help keep them posted.

Our facility has been closed to everyone but the feed supply people, and the skeleton crew we have to clean stalls, feed and exercise the horses.

I am an at risk client (age) with a high risk spouse (age/medical). I can not take lessons/train to prepare for shows at this time. My trainer still is working with clients from a variety of locations, which is a concern to me and barn staff. Closing down until the virus is better understood and controlled, while extremely painful may be the best of many bad options.
