There is only one University of agriculture in odisha. Don't take that from us. Already half of the land of ouat has been taken for airport construction. Now it is impossible to take all if it.

OUAT is our institution not a playground for the govt. Govt of Odisha should give a permanent solution to it. Or make a full improved new University then after transfer all things to the other. Then after land acquisition can be taken into consideration. But i think the above proposal is little bit impossible for implementation. So, Please think over other development of the state and postponed the land acquisition plan.

This is very drastic unfortunate step which will become detrimental not only to the research activity and innovations in the field of agriculture but also to the future of students and the state as a whole.

I protest the proposal of Odisha Govt. to take the land of OUAT and hand over to others for commercial purpose. It is the back bone institution for Agri.education, research ,extention. It stands for the bread and butter of Odisha people as well as for India.
Our beloved, popular, strong, Hon.Chief minister Navin Pattanaik will definitely look in to the matter and will take corret decision for the intest of OUAT over all Odisha.

Since OUAT is a lone land grant university where research using land and teaching is integral to agricultural development of the state of Odisha, some bureaucrat in state is bent upon destroying the economic development of state for gratification of their vested interests. I doubt the Chief Minister know the sabotage planned by his officers. I strongly condemn the grabbing of OUAT land by vested interest people in name of Hub.

We at OUAT work for the basic need of mankind i.e. food. Lack of land will hamper the R & D activities relating to food production. The negative impact may not be visible in short term but will be definitely visible in long term.

This is not fair. Students should be asked if they need the space or not. Not the Govt.
