Anyone with a brain can see that Val Kilmer absolutely made the movie “Tombstone “. His portrayal of Doc Holiday has no equal.

I stopped watching Hollywood award shows about ten years ago for this very reason. Everyone who watched this who doesn't have their liberal head up their butt knows that Kilmer "KILLED IT". He didn't get the award but he sure as hell deserved it!

two injustices done: no nomination, and thus no win. obviously a nomination should have been a no-brainer, and should have won, ever over the great performances of hackman and nicholson. kilmer's Doc may be the greatest performance ever on film.

I think Val deserves the award for best actor. He has done an amazing job portraying many characters in his life as an actor. He has been well known for Doc Halliday in Tombstone and as Batman in Batman Forever plus other roles he played. I don't understand how and why he was not nominated.

Deserves the Oscar at least with Hackman. No doubt about it - I FELT like him... which was sick and painful.

I am asking please Hollywood reconsider Val Kilmer's role for Val Kilmer deserves this Oscar also, a Walk on the Hall of Fame Star. Tombstone movie would not have been so big in the box office without Val Kilmer.

I think he should at !easy got a star on the walk of fame he deserves that much neck of you an give one to trump Val Kilmer should definitely deserve one. He is a very well ro u red person and a very good actor. He does a great job in his craft a d even .manages to do a good role even if the s riot is bad,he tries to make it work. So I think he should at least be considered and a hard consideration for a star on the walk of fame.

Huge actor and very talented; his role in Tombstone, insurmountable, unfairly treated. Honestly, he deserved at the time a prize for his performance
