I am not understanding why this rezoning for Local Commercial keeps coming up at this location. Is there really a community need for a commercial building to be put near the mailboxes and near the Elementary School? There are already commercial buildings zoned at the corner of Alamo Bound and Lakeline Blvd as well as along the Lakeline Blvd corridor towards Osage. I feel there is not a need to create a commercial development within the actual community. Developing along Lakeline does not infringe on the residential area as much as a commercial structure within the community will. Please keep the commercial development outside of the community bounds. Thank you.

There are many children in that area by the school daily and it would make it dangerous with added traffic.
