Not granting the OROP as passed by the parliament and promised by the PM amount to cheating of ex-servicemen as well as serving soldiers. If the soldiers also starts cheating at the boarders and during the war and see the result. What Govt has done is the worst thing any govt can do to betray the trust of a soldier who is always ready to lay down his life for the nation.

How can we betray our soliders who are rocks of our defence. There cannot be an excuse not to implement OROP bill passed by Parliament. Solider must get it, even otherwise his service conditions deserve it.
