Justice is long overdue.Congress slept over it for 40 years since 1972.Govt has now given"OROP" which not as was passed in the PARLIAMENT.

ESM fraternity deserve , therefore must b given OROP as approved by the Parliament . By doing so , the Govt will help restore the dignity of the ESM fraternity as well as of the Parliament . By denying full OROP, u r not saving much but r definitely losing ur credibility & goodwill of the veterans.
