Congress & UPA miserably failed to honour OROP approved by Parliament. What PM Modi promised and finally gave was totally at variance ..a let down of Veterans..Hope good sense would prevail in implementing the OROP as per parliament approved definition??

If Parliament has approved it the Government has to pass it in full.

Please order for release of OROP as passed by the Parliament and not as a one time increase. Please do not betray the Defence Personnel and their families.

A promise made in the parliament and also by Prime minister, must be honoured as the soldiers honour their oath of alliagiance even at the cost of their death. When they have restricted fundamental rights, their entitlemments can not / should not be compared with other services.
