The matters of defence should be looked after by the armed forces only.If army can't interfere in civil administration unless called for doing so then why we have the interference of IAS in Ministry of defence?
Secondly,in IAS,IPS, a person in case of IPS surely reaches the 3 star ADG rank just after 25 years while in Army it takes 32 years minimum to reach the rank of Maj Gen And that too not everyone reaches.Most of the people retire as as Colonel and Don't reach Even to the rank of brigadier.If such things continue,which qualified youth is going to join Indian armed forces?

armed forces personnel(retd as well as serving) to be given their entaitlement since they keep their life online to safeguard the country 24x7, 365. morale of af personnel never to be taken lightly

This govt needs to redeem its credibility and character by restoring dignity of our armed forces without deceitful acts and approve OROP as passed by parliament in 2014
