It is totally unbecoming and unethical for the head of state to promise the ex servicemen and not deliver on the promise when the same authority has delivered for all others in the government sector. It is the bounden duty of the Government be nondiscriminatory and deliver on the promises made.

After parliament ( twice )approved OROP n it's Definition also approved and Modiji promised in rally at Hisar it has not been given. Should immediately b given.

OROP not given as approved by parliament.Reddy committee report submitted by Justice Reddy to govt in Oct.2016 neither implemented nor made public till date.
