This building was designed from the ground up for the performing arts. It is central and it has modern capacity parking space. Has no physical encroachments or immediate residential neighbours. With a modern security camera system, this can be more easily placed under surveillance. It is on a main road. This has space for sound stages and sets for film production because of the space inside. Has a high ceiling as well.
