In all honesty, there is only one Carmilla cast. It would never have the same appeal if they changed the cast and crew becuse the integrity would lose in translation. Age may be a factor, for the primetime studios wanting the college sort, and perhaps other known actors but instead, have Elise Bauman and Natasha Negovanlis, and Kirsch become professors at Silas U, and Laf and Perry benefactors, and Danny the Dean.
