SUre, monroe needs some economic development, but not this way. Let's be smart and deliberate about how we bring businesses to our town. Very glad to see people sharing their voices here!

Big box stores destroy local economies and eliminate jobs that pay sufficient living wages to support residents of the community. Say NO to big box!

WalMart doesn't pay their employees fairly. As a result their employees are forced to seek out state aid. The # 2 company in the world should not put our nation in such a financial position. Not to mention they will run small businesses out of town.

Monroe is too congested already. Adding Walmart and the ensuing traffic will make Rte. 25 impossible to navigate and it's a blight on our charming town.

The kimball group! That fat pig wanted to build a mini mall on 25 near my parents house! PIG! I was the youngest in the town meeting and we won!!!

Help keep big business out of our little town, small business has it hard enough as is. Take that crap somewhere else!
