Too many holes in the narrative related to the honourable Judge’s death. An independent enquiry will help dispel doubts. The vehement resistance to an enquiry makes it more suspicious.

Justice should not only be done but it should be manifestly seen to be done.

It is painful that supreme court dismissed the petition with harsh remarks on the use of PIL. But people of India want fair justice. So chief justice should voluntarily keep away himself from the matter and appoint the bench of senior Judges.

The three judge bench verdict indicates a direct plan to stop permanently the chances of finding of the conspiracy behind the death of Justice Brijgopal Harkishan Loya on December 1, 2014 at Nagpur. This is dead against the constitution of India and a clear evidence that the Supreme Court of India is under big pressure from the criminal minded political leaders of India these days. It is indeed a threat to the democracy which was functional all the past 70 post independent years of our country... God Save Our Country from these criminals...
