Patricia Fulkner has agreed in writing to vacate the property of 36 1/2 Belden Ave Sodus New York 14551. She has since refused to vacate and has assaulted and cause property damages which led up to her arrest. She has cause multiple dangers to my family with her own person and the company she brings on the property. My own kids can't play in the yard because of her dangerous activities she has brought to the property. I had new tenants that wanted to move in but because of her refusal to leave she has caused me to postpone the new move in. This has cost me rent, time and property damage. I ask the court to help me remove Patricia as soon as possible from the above location. Again, I'll remind the court that she agreed in writing in the presence of a law officer that she would vacate July 1st. 2013. This hasn't happened.
