Orangutan used in current advertising campaign with Telstra Bigpond featuring rocker Tommy Lee. We insist the ad is withdrawn immediately and future advertising does not use Great Apes. Orangutans are on the verge of extinction and exploiting these animals further promotes the illegal pet trade and to the animals demise. Furthermore Tommy Lee is known to be Hepatitis C positive and the orangutan is at risk of catching this disease.
