I cannot believe anyone would actually think that this fence is acceptable. This fence is a hazzord to any bird or small animal or child that may get caught up in it. How was this fence authorized and by whom.

Before drilling holes in columns and the pool deck (which we paid to restore) owners should have been notified and a vote to all owners should have been sent out

Get rid of the fence. Looks stupid and blocks the view of the ocean. No glass in the pool area. Simple fix. There are plenty of yeti and Tervis tumblers that keep drinks cold.

They have installed temporary fencing by drilling holes in our pool deck, and also drilling holes in our recently finished columns. Destruction of all of our properties!!

If it is all of sudden necessary to have a fenced in area for glass it shouldn’t be an eye sore and it definitely shouldn’t be around the pool!
