Turkey Hill Rd, Habberstadt Ct and surrounding areas in Montville, NJ have had an increasing issue with the reliability and availability of internet and cable service for the past several years. Internet and cable service drops frequently on a daily basis, causing customers to reset modems and routers as advised by the service provider customer service. This is unacceptable and as paying customers, we should be receiving quality service that is reliable for personal or employment use. Optimum/Cablevision/Altice/CSC Holdings, LLC has not provided any other solution or inquisition than resetting hardware and this company needs to address this issue and replace aging data lines along our street which does not allow their customers to use the service they pay for.
