The city has no right to tell me what I can and can't do with the property I pay for. I understand needing permits for new construction and major construction work. But not for stuff like a new roof or anything to keep the house nice, like replacing rotten fascia or soffit boards, window frames, water leaks. Until the city starts paying my mortgage, the city is not going to tell me what to do with my home.

This is not fair to the residence that live in South Fulton Tennessee. We are a very small community. We do not have enough businesses to take care of what needs to be taken care of and if we go through with this what they want to do the properties in South Fulton will be horrific just drive down at the end of Forestdale and you will see how bad it is. We do not need this past. Everyone needs to stand up and support This petition
