We the citizens of South Fulton Tn. Request that our city officials opt out of the building code enforcement with the state of Tennessee. The current building code regulations is to much of a financial burden on the citizens of this small town where a large number of homes where built many decades ago, and would require major renovations to meet 2018 code. We the citizens prefer the freedom of deciding when and how we want to take care of our property without the consent of local authorities.

We the citizens of South Fulton Tn. Also request that anyone making or enforcing rules and regulations upon us to be required to live within the city limits of South Fulton and abide by the rules they are making.
