We the members/owners of Coast Electric Power Association, want an opt-out option from the installation of the new ARM "Smart Meters" due to the possible health, safety, and privacy issues associated with them. We hearby submit the following signatures requesting an opt-out option be available for anyone who does not want this device installed on their home.
